Remi Return & Exchange Policy

At Remi, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

The quickest way to receive the correct item is to submit a return request and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn bras or intimate apparel

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Returns will not be accepted if items:

  • Appear worn, washed, or altered

  • Have makeup, deodorant, perfume, tanning product, or other stains

  • Have pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear

  • Are damaged, ripped, or missing original tags

  • Arrive more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit in the form of a Remi eGift Card, or

  • Original payment method (if you choose to offer full refunds)

Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after being received.


Remi Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

While most orders arrive on time, occasional carrier delays may occur.

International Shipping

Remi ships worldwide to select countries. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times

United States: 3–10 Business Days

International: 7–14 Business Days

Shipping estimates do not include processing time and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Remi is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Remi is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and reaching out to our support team for assistance.
